 D862 Cobalt Electrode Type: EDCoCr-E-05 

 Description: suitable for high temperature wear and fine grinding of small-angle erosion conditions. Single-layer surfacing to meet the performance requirements, the maximum operating temperature 1000 ℃, surfacing layer hardness: 20 ℃ - HRC :64-66, working temperature 600 ℃ - HRC :48-52, working temperature 800 ℃ - HRC :38-42 Typical application areas, and some conditions, iron, coke, clean burning, high-temperature cement and other areas of work wear and tear of machinery and equipment there. 

 Uses: serving under the high temperature part for welding clean burning crown single roll crusher and blast furnace grate rotary distribution chute, wear results are obvious.
