D512 high-chromium steel welding electrodes Model: EDCr-B-03 
 Description: High-chromium steel welding electrodes, welding metal is 2Cr13 high chromium martensitic steel, surfacing with air quenching, general does not require heat treatment, uniform hardness, but also in the 750 ℃ ~ 800 ℃ annealed to soften, when heated to 950 ~ 1000 ℃, after air cooling or oil quenching, can be re-hardened, DC and AC welding technology is good, is a common electrode surfacing, surfacing layer harder than the D502, more wear-resistant, but difficult to processing. 
 Uses: carbon steel and low alloy shaft, superheated steam valves, mixers, screw conveyor blades. 
 Surfacing hardness HRC: (after welding, air-cooled) ≥ 45 (softening resistance to 500 ℃)
