D507Mo valve welding electrodes Model: EDCr-A2-15 
 Description: The high-chromium steel valve welding electrodes, welding metal is 1Cr13 high chromium martensitic steel, with air quenching of surfacing, surfacing at the end of the metal has a high temperature hardness, good thermal stability and erosion resistance , and the D577 with the effect of electrode can get a good scratch resistance, no preheating before welding, no heat treatment after welding using DCRP. 
 Uses: used in welding temperature below 510 ℃ in temperature and high pressure sealing surface end gate, gate valve sealing surface, surfacing valve sealing surface should be used in conjunction with the D577. 
 Surfacing hardness HRC: (after welding, air-cooled) ≥ 37 (softening resistance to 510 ℃)
