YST130 high manganese stainless steel electrode 

 Description: YST130 is jianxing rutile electrode for welding, surfacing, manganese (up to 14% Mn) and sulfur and phosphorus content of steel, can also be welded, welding of different steels, to do structural steel and stainless steel in resistance grinding buffer layer before surfacing, repair to withstand shock or friction, wear and tear parts. 

 Uses: civil engineering, railways, cement industry. 

 Base material: shielding steel, tool steel 

 Austenitic steels with Mn: type Z 120M 12, X120Mn 12,1.3401

 Dried at 300 ℃ for 1 hour. Heating is not required for manganese welding, because manganese on heat sensitive, prone to crack.
