HS221 tin brass welding wire 
 HS221 is with a small amount of tin, silicon, special brass wire. Melting point of about 890 degrees. Can improve the flow of tin wire, strength and corrosion resistance, while silicon can effectively control the evaporation of zinc, eliminating porosity and satisfactory mechanical properties. 

 Uses: Brass oxygen - acetylene gas welding and carbon arc welding, the material used for filling. Also widely used in brazing copper, steel, copper-nickel alloy, gray iron, and inlaid carbide cutting tools, etc., is widely used.

 Note: 

 1, must be carefully clean up before welding groove welds and welding surface. 

 2, generally preheated before welding to 500 degrees to 400 after the welding. Welding solvent to be made with copper gas welding flux.
